[Sprints] Sprint at the conference

I'd like to propose the organizers of the forthcoming Plone conference 
to organize the sprint to be held at the same time as the training, that 
is, up until the actual conference days.

This will help avoid conference fatigue and benefit the social aspect of 
the conference due to the more compact schedule.

I also think it'll heighten the talks and debates at the actual 
conference, since developers will have had a chance to cultivate new ideas.
