Sorry for the rant but if you can avoid booking with them do.
Possibly the worst web interface for an airline I used with plenty of bugs, like not filling out Australian state names so I can't register as an Australian.
I've now discovered that 2 of the flights I've booked a month ago were declined without warning me, or sending me an email. I was supposed to know to login and find out.
I guess the best web people in Brazil are working with Plone, not for GOL.
